I'm sorry to say, but this place is a waste of money. When I came to the shop to order my son's cake. I specifically showed them a picture and details of how I wanted it to be. I'm very picky so I made it very clear before I put a down and left. The turn out wasn't close to anything I ordered. When I picked up the cake the cake fell apart within 10mins, I didn't even make it home yet! The fondant start making this huge bubble in the middle of the cake and got bigger as the day went by. Needless to say, the cake is the main part of the party. This was a huge disappointment and to me a big let down. My experience was so bad I was even embarrassed to bring it out on my sons 10th birthday party. The cake look like it was made for a 3-5 yr old kid that like Kermit the frog, doesn't even look like Ninja Turtles. I'm not going to lie, the service was very welcoming and it sounded promising. The girls made it seem like I had nothing to worry about and assured me that it will be custom made just how I wanted it. So I give them 1 star for the good false advertisement. Sorry Cake and Ribbons but you guys should do better business. These aren't cheap cakes so people should get what they ask for especially if they are expecting to present an awesome cake at their party for everyone to see. The fondant was thick and shiny like it wasn't mix right because it had a lot of trouble holding together. Its very sad and when I made a complaint after my cake fell apart, she had the guts to ask me what happened and after that told me the girl who made the cake was no longer with them and didn't offer me anything in return. Very disappointing. Never again!
