First of all, I am from California and a urgent care would never treat us so poorly. I went here two days ago and told them I have bronchitis (I know my body, I have gotten bronchitis over ten times in the last three years of my life. I know what it feels like) they insisted that I had strep throats and took FOUR throat swabs that all came back negative. I asked them to do a blood test because I know I have bronchitis she told me that she would do a culture all call me in 24-48 hours. It's now been over two days, and I have only gotten worst, I can't barely eat it hurts so bad to swallow. I called the office (which I was on hold for a half hour by the way) and I spoke with Miriam who was the rudest person I have ever spoken to on the phone. You work in health care. You should be nicer and sympathetic. She told me I won't be hearing back for ANOTHER FOUR DAYS. I spent $70 to wait A WEEK?! And to get shitty service and have the doctor not listen to what I was telling them. I highly recommend you go anywhere else but here if you are sick. There is a $25 urgent care right up the street who I am sure treats their patients better.
