How is this not a scam? Maybe I'm wrong? I have been an Autobell customer since 1990. I'm sad to say today was my final visit. I paid $19.20 for the Exterior Special....undercarriage, polyprocess, etc. The car in front had the signs lit up for these items. My car goes through and my 6 yr old is able to tell we weren't getting the same service as the other car? The manager nonchalantly says 'yeah it does that all the time... we will just run it through again?' This is the FOURTH TIME AT THIS LOCATION THIS HAS HAPPENED?? So, if you don't pay attention you are paying for a $23 (incl.tip) car wash for a $10 basic water and soap only wash?? I have talked to 5 other families who caught them doing the same thing over the past couple years. 'Sir, it's the machine and not us' is what 3 different managers have told me. I say it's a scam.
