Dane is a great real estate agent and a tough negotiator. When you are buying you need someone to make sure you get the right price for the house, he does his homework. When you are selling, you want to be sure your agent doesn't just roll over and hand your house away to the first offer because it's easy and they get their commission faster. The best way isn't necessarily the easiest way. There are alot of rules and regulations and techniques in real estate and you really should go for someone who is well seasoned. Coldwell real estate agents are not BANKS which is good because having an unbiased party that is not a bank doing your real estate keeps things from being muddied. I enjoy working with Dane.
