This is such a cool place within sight and walking distance of the West Side Market. We happened to spot it while cruising for a parking spot. The public is welcome to stop in and look around, maybe purchase some hand made glass items, jewelry, etc.
We got to watch someone blowing glass and working it after it came of of the furnace (kiln?). Very hot stuff. It's just amazing to watch really. They also had a cool rooster walking around the shop.
I really liked the way they take old items and turn them into art or lamps, etc. You can come here and learn how to do glass blowing if your so inclined. Nice to be able to support a local business/artisan.
