My friends and I went to Il Bosco to celebrate a birthday. I had seen a write up in Lake Norman magazine and wanted to try the butternut squash gnocchi. Amazing! Now if you are looking for the traditional potato gnocchi, this is not it. Instead, it was a delicious combination of pasta with butternut squash and a hint of nutmeg? Was delicious and a small portion filled me up. Would recommend this restaurant!
