Please, someone give that poor reception girl a break, and kindly lay her off. She obviously hates her job, and everyone who comes in contact with her. The manager isn't much better. When we came to check in today, they were in a full on argument at the front counter. Unbelievable. The maintenance worker was also involved! So unprofessional, we've never seen anything like that outside of reality tv. We felt so uncomfortable we almost turned around and left. The room is fine, but the fan is very loud- most likely to drown out the low-class employees drama in the lobby.
