Was excited to try this place.... it was a terrible disappointment. I had the salmon "Sammy" benny and my boyfriend had the "b.benny" (breakfast Benedict).... both were all wrong...
a) the hollandaise sauce tastes sour and is not lovely and thick, it is very sad
b) both of our eggs, when you cut into them, no lovely yellow goo - they were like hard boiled eggs inside! The yolk was almost tacky - gross
c) the actual white of the egg was rubbery and in large ratio in proportion to the yolk which was odd... like eating a terrible egg not even from this planet
d) waffles - not CRISPY c'mon!!!
e) potato waffle - not crispy either just a mushy mesh
f) server did not even come by to see if we were enjoying our food - if she had have come by, I would have expressed my displeasure immediately.
g) bad maple beans, way too sweet
h) smoked salmon tasted like rotting fish and also looked the part - could not eat
In conclusion, too much money for BAD food, no AC and subpar service.
