We went to this dealership first because it is slightly closer to us. Even though we'd called ahead and made an appointment and said what vehicles we were interested in the sales person wasn't ready for us and neither were the vehicles when we got there. In fact we waited about 30 minutes to even see the first vehicle we were interested in. We were sent on a test drive with another salesman who literally had us drive around the block and back to the dealership. The highest speed was 35 mph. Sean Prude and Dan Musa played the shell game of we'll mark up your trade in and raise the vehicle price and vice versa, never giving a straight answer until we demanded a final number on the third visit in as many days and then they were way off and never did give us the trade in value amount of our cars. It took them over 24 hours to appraise the value of the trade. They also had agreed to a final price via text message and then went back on that in person. Dan said Sean did not have the power to give us that price and management refused to honor the deal offered. The dealership does not comprehend: Vehicle Price - Trade In + tax & state licensing fees = your cost. Their prices were pretty fair but their trade in value was well below KBB (and the offers from other dealerships.) This is a high pressure dealership full of mostly smarmy sales people that cares about day to day volume of sales and not return business. My recommendation would be to take yourself about 20 miles south to the dealership in Cuyahoga Falls where you'll meet a bunch of straight shooters that will treat you right.
