After dealing with this atrocious company for the last 2 days a total of 1 hour and a half combined on the phone only to be hung up on numerous times I finally found restitution at this Toys R Us location.
Toys R Us dropped the ball by cancelling Black Friday orders leaving many people including myself stranded without gift to give their children on the upcoming Hanukkah holiday and depriving those customers the chance to have taken advantage of other retailers Black Friday sales.
The lack of customer service was atrocious during the entire ordeal, their social media a joke ,their Facebook page non-responsive and uncaring and their phone techs dismissive rude and downright awful.
the store to which my item was supposed to ship tried to be helpful but ultimately told me there was nothing they could do, after one visit and another phone call.
I ignored the Yelp reviews here and went to this location -I got my item ordered at the price I paid for it on Black Friday .thank you Dan and the customer service staff for restoring our holiday cheer.
I will only shop in store at this location and I will never shop online with this company again.
