We have enjoyed our previous visits to this Red Robin, but the last 2 trips have revealed inattentive servers. Last night our food arrived via a manager, but we had no silverware or napkins. As our server Brittany was no where to be found, we began our meal with fingers. Finished our meal, dirty plates stacked on our table, along with empty drink glasses. Britney walked by about 13 times, never once stopping to pick up dirty dishes or ask us if we needed anything. We were never offered refills on drinks, fries, root beer floats. Waited another 14 minutes for a check, again can't find Britney. We got up from our booth to start walking out of the restaurant, and Britney suddenly appeared with our check. Not sure where the servers go to hide, but it must be a great place to hang out while your customers wait patiently for your return.
