I have lived here almost 6 months.
I am not sure why there is so many bad reviews on this place. When we put in a maintenance request it is completed in 24 hours. Anthony in the office is awesome and will go out his way to help ANY prospect or resident. They are doing innovations that I haven't even seen in really any apartment including up scale. New nest systems for the apartment, Bluetooth speakers, and rainfall shower heads. They send you a picture of your package when it is delivered which is awesome cause you can see what it came from. They are on top of their stuff, even when something goes wrong. Pool is nice, dog park is nice. They are renovating gym so that is the only downside right now (no amenities). I would say for me to give good ratings with no amenities, I really like this place. Car break in's kind of often but everyone I know left their door unlocked which is a big no no in Charlotte. You can not hear ANYTHING in these apartments due to the layout!!!! Awesome job, keep it up!
