First time I've been here and in a long while and eekkk, it's the worst. This voyage to pickup a dear friend was a good reminder as to why I take the train whenever possible. It's greener the way and it's a significantly nicer experience.
I can't say I'm a remarkably fancy person, but this place... Ugh. It's not organized well or sanitary at all. It also feels like an underbelly of only sketchy things.
It does deserve one star though, as you get to NYC for under $100 roundtrip if purchased in advance. Gotta respect a deal.
