Worst experience ever. Week of November 14, 2017 we took our 16 year old blind and deaf Cockapoo and 2 year old Cockapoo for grooming. They had groomed the older one about 10-12 years ago.I couldnt remember why we stopped taking her there. Now I understand. As I began explaining to the husband about the needs of older girl, he interrupted me and roughly shoved her in a kennel and said his wife would handle it. I have no idea what transpired during grooming but when my husband picked them up they were both trembling. Owner said not to bring them back because older one had anxiety and pooped in her kennel and had to be rebathed and her husband wasnt happy about it. The young one doesnt like grooming and was too much trouble. These two dogs have been groomed professionally their entire lives. The older one gets continual praise for her gentle and sweet demeanor from groomers.. She has NEVER pooped in a kennel or acted like she did the two days following that experience. She was jumpy and distant. The younger one still runs away when I pick up a hairbrush. I definitely do not recommend this "Professional" business.
