Wonderful bakery with helpful staff.
We stopped in yesterday after a visit to Taliesen (just down the street) and ordered a couple almond croissants, challah bread and a few little babka crescents (forget what they are called).
Made the bread into grilled cheese sandwiches that evening - heavenly! Had an almond croissant for breakfast the next morning and it was exceptionally wonderful. The little crescents were sticky and sweet, but unfortunately they stuck together in the bag on the way home, so they weren't quite as pretty as we bought them but they still tasted good.
Why isn't there a place like this in Tucson? I want.
