I went in for my first time for cut and highlights. I live in the area and wanted to give this new salon a try. I spent over 2.5 hours in here and left with half of the hair I went in with when I asked for only a trim!!! Not to mention the top layer and bottom layer were several inches apart (my hair is not overly long) and so it looked mullet-esque. There are large holes in the layers that I have to grow out or take 2.5-3 inches off the bottom of my hair. The layers are terrible and my hair looks awful.
It was the first and only time I have cried after a hair cut. I called the owner to let her know how unhappy I was. She did not offer to check my hair out to ensure it was even technically cut right. She recommended I wait and go back in a month. Yeah right, that's never happening. This was a very poor experience so BEWARE! All of the reviews for this place are great so I wanted to put my two cents out there so this doesn't happen to someone else!! Be careful about who cuts your hair and speak up if it seems like that don't know what they are doing. Adriana might be great but the person who cut my hair was certainly not.
