Here for business trip and first time staying at this hotel. And it did not disappoint, the service was very attentive from the moment I stepped out of the cab. At check in, I was presented with a warm, moist towel to wipe my face. When I went to the room, everything from the bathroom (fixtures, jacuzzi, shower, and tv in mirror), closet space, working desk, and bed, were perfect. The fitness center and pool have a nice view on the 31st floor and were very adequate. Highly recommend staying here if you are working in the downtown area.
