WORST! Just got off the phone with Customer Service dept. Several calls this year already because they fail to deliver paper at least once a week. WHY IS THIS SO DIFFICULT? I pay ahead and they keep sending late notices. When I call to clear it up, it takes several minutes to confirm, "Oh yeah, I see here you have a credit. Not sure why you are getting the late notices." Yet, they continue to send.
One more thing--on the days the paper is delivered, does it have to be thrown under the car? I have a large driveway with one car...plenty of space for the paper, where I don't have to MOVE the car....yet, that's where the paper lands. Are they TRYING to be difficult?
