The facility was ok, and it did help me out somewhat before recommending that I go to a ER. The problem was a lack of caring environment. When people are hurt and need help, they want someone who cares to their needs. The PA did somewhat but no else did. If not for the PA, then my rating would have been a 2 rating, the same as its average. That tells you something right there.
