Went for balayage yesterday and was disappointed when I saw the results. Nicole seemed happy with it though so I tried to like it when I was at the salon. I'm very non confrontational so I acted like I liked it and hoped the color would somehow come to fruition later. I realized when I got home that there was not enough color and it was not at all what I was looking for. I asked for blondeish highlights and my hair is now a brassy red with no blonde in sight. Furthermore, I asked for an ombré type balayage and showed some pictures and that is not at all what I got. I emailed Nicole with my concerns. She gave me a few tips to lighten it up, non of which worked. She said she could redo the color but I would need to pay for it (20% discount) after I just gave her a total of $250 including tip and product that she pushed. My hair looks almost the same as when I went in there. The balayage is unnoticeable.
I am beyond disappointed and upset with the service. I got nothing for $250. Avoid this place.
