This was my first time at this spa and although they have two locations I decided to try the Bloor one since it was closer to my work. I was greeted by friendly staff which is always nice as some spas seem make you feel more uncomfortable than the latter. I booked an aromatherapy massage which was much needed during my busy tax season. Rosemarie was my RMT and she was also very friendly. The reason i gave this review a three star was because when I go to a spa I want to feel super relaxed during a treatment. I just found this location to be very noisy. I could hear everything that was happening in the street such as cars honking and people laughing. As if that wasn't a relaxation turn off, I could also hear the gentleman next door explaining all his needs to his RMT. It was just very disconcerting whereas when you hit the spa you want that quiet, peaceful moment for just yourself. The massage itself was alright, i know it was an aromatherapy massage and it was super gentle on the touch, but i like more in-depth massages.
