I was at triple A on thunderbird and had to walk out because the customer service was horrible. I found Kens on Yelp and called and Silas was very professional from helping me to get to the shop, then too addressing my concerns. He was a very down to earth guy who explained everything to me the moment I entered. I appreciated that! Luke the tech also explained to me what was wrong and most shops wouldn't give you the time of day. This place has earned my business in the future with our pest company vehicles! Thanks Kens!
