I had a flat tire in downtown Champaign and called AAA for a tire change. They told me it might be an hour for someone to respond. In 5 min someone form Tatman's Towing called me and assured me their truck would arrive in 5-10 minutes. I had my two granddaughters with me so that was very reassuring. True to their word the tow truck driver arrived. Art arrived and from the get go he was friendly and professional. He talked to my girls and tried to make them comfortable. He changed my tire quickly, put it in my car and had me on my way in no time. Two thumbs up for Tatman's Towing and especially their great driver, Art!
