We need competition in the broadband market you guys can not handle fixing issues and expect the customer to roll over to your schedule. Your net work is broken yet it takes more then 18 hours to get some one out here after a tech has been here already for a major outage and could not fix it. Trust me if I could switch to a different provider I would so fast. But to make things fair I think I should have a months credit for every 12 hours of delay so right now we would be at 2 months by the time some one may show up it would be 4 months so yeah 360 dollar credit I think is plenty fair and you offer two days no it does not equal in the cost of Inconvenience. But you think we should be happy well no we are not but you don't care you have complete control of the market so why would you care. We need changes and changes fast so we don't have this kind of treatment
