Don and Charlie's is certainly an astounding place to visit to see all of the sports memorabilia. It does have its drawbacks. Every season my family arrives to go to spring training they insist on Don and Charlie's. Drawbacks include the noise. It is almost deafening. There is 1 chair to sit when waiting a long time for a table despite reservations. The food is the most salty food ( I had trout almandine and blanched spinach in olive oil and garlic with their signature baked potato ) that I have eaten in world travel. I think this restaurant could do well to cut the salting down by 90% and still surpass the minimum daily requirements. Go and see the memorabilia. Don't go just to eat unless you have no issues with so much salt that it affects negatively on the food's favor. This is the last time I eat at this restaurant. I will just go with my family, have a drink and gawk at the collection.
