Horrible, horrible, and horrible. Never get anything close to the advertised speeds (and no it is not an equipment issue). I have already switched the tv from TW to Directv which imo is a lot better however I am stuck with this monopoly of a service for the internet as other services have a data cap (only good thing about their internet is that they have no cap.. for now). As soon as North State fiber comes to our area I willbe switching.
