Barely gave them a chance. Moved into a new home, Poolman was servicing the pool with it's weekly service. However, I found an air leak in the pump, pool had murky water (from the DE filter having panel panels, pop-up self-cleaning system did not work, and the DE filter had broken filters so when the pool is vacuumed the DE goes back into the pool. Had an independent pool guy come out and fix everything and the pop-up self cleaning gears are now working.
I wonder how all this was missed. What was Poolman doing?
