Diamond Taxi says it is just a "dispatch center" and that they can't do anything about sexual harrassment.
I would seriously think twice about taking one of these cabs because they do not provide any customer service support and let their cab drivers run wild and act however they want with no consequences or responsibility.
The level of unprofessional-ism is.........far too much.
When the sexual harrassment was reported the dispatch did nothing and offered no support.
