I've been a customer of JM Steno for roughly 17 years and they've always come through for me with all my court reporter needs, but recently Johnny at JM Steno went above and beyond to provide phenomenal service. I had a writer that was making lots of noise, and Johnny serviced the writer - changing pads, lubing, cleaning, and more - and now it runs like a champ and is wonderfully quiet. And the turnaround time was super fast! I appreciate the time he took to listen to my concerns, inspect the writer, determine what needed to be done, and then do a fantastic job to get it top notch again in no time at all.
