Staff was relatively helpful but not as knowledgeable as I had hoped. Items were very overpriced, 20 dollars for batteries I went home and bought online for 5 dollars, I bought a protank mini for 25 because I wanted it that day but should have just bought it online and waited 2-3 days I'm sure I could find it somewhere for 10-15 dollars. Liquids were 10 dollars for 10 ml bottles. As far as the liquids go I'm unimpressed. The flavor was a little weak, the vapor production was okay, and it had an decent throat hit. Not terrible but not all that good. I bought a watermelon and coffee flavor, I prefer the coffee of the two but I will likely just shelf them for now, maybe they will age well. I asked what their return policy was if something was wrong with the tank and he said something along the lines of "We don't have one but if something is wrong bring it in and we'll fix it" the tank was fine so not an issue but it seemed a little odd to me, why not have an in store credit only policy or something of the like. While the location is incredibly convenient and I usually prefer the instant satisfaction of b&m shopping I will not be a return customer.
