These guys were great and really went the extra mile. Rob really has a great sense of design and you can tell immediately that he has a lot of experience. He made great recommendations and spent time listening to my ideas and concerns and then walked me through my options. This is a big deal for me as the previous companies seemed to just try to close a sale and disregard what i was telling them.
Rob's crew came in and were courteous and clean and really got the job done ahead of what i expected. There were no surprises at the end and he even spent time letting me know how to take care of the floors. One of the best customer service experiences I've had. I highly recommend them.
