I have used this cleaners over a 7 year period because the manager was right on top of things. It's been 3 years since I went there.On 1/26/18 I took in 2 linen tablecloths to be drycleaned and pressed. I went back and picked them up. I didn't inspect them till I got home. They were all wrinkled and not pressed. For $26. this would seem to be a given. I took them back . No apology,no sorry just one of the women came from the back. Scowled at them. The counter person said(cheerful) 'pick them up the next day after 4. I had 4 trips and no acknowledgement they goofed. Sloppy business I'd say.That excellent Manager was no longer there.
