Wow, some pretty bitter reviews here. I guess I'm lucky to say I've had a very different experience. I saw a posting about a position on an employment Facebook group I was a member of, and it was exactly what I was looking for. I sent in my resume to the Randstad recruiter who had posted and was contacted the next day for an interview. I met up with the recruiter, Micah, before hand and he really helped to ease any jitters and gave me that last bout of confidence. The interview went well and long story short, I got the job. Micah had walked me through the whole process and was very supportive. I didn't have any of these surveys or needless paperwork that others have mentioned, but I'm unsure if that's normal or not. I would definitely work with randstad again.
