Worst experience ever! Came here to bowl, paid and was told by the GM Bob that it was going to be 20-25 minutes. 1 hour later we go to ask about our lane because the people that came in after us got their lane. GM starts an argument with my brother in law calling him a liar, that he's (GM) right but we can clearly see that my brother in laws name is crossed off the sheet and replaced with the people that got here after us but clearly we're lieing. That GM is a perfect example of what you don't want working for your business. How dare you call a customer a liar and why would you start an argument in front of other customers. Bob has made it impossible for me to even think about coming back to this bowling alley.
