I came here for my birthday with my family of 6. Our server was Joseph and from the start he was rude and arrogant especially to my little sister.
This was her first time here and she did not know how everything went about.
He immediately said "well why not!"...
After asking why she hadn't been here before. She was caught of guard and said um.. Because they haven't taken me before.. And he said well "why do they have to take you"..
It made her uncomfortable and it was not a pleasant start for a first impression. He later ignored her empty Coke glass, and even went above that and only filled my other friends diet coke. He said "would you like another Coke?.. And my sister said yea.. And he said I was talking about the Diet Coke.
He never came to refill her glass, until I asked him can my sister have another Coke. He never took the empty glasses and there was no room to eat. He took forever to get us the check, as he was to busy trying to impress a blonde hostess. There also was no thank you, or good night message.
I am in the service industry and so is my sister. Having a bad day, or working a night shift is no excuse for treating people anything less then wonderful. This is my first review I have ever written on Yelp. I felt so strongly about our experience tonight, that I needed to review our service.
I hope he does not do this to anyone else.
Our chef was amazing, and the shrimp cocktail was the highlight of the night!
