I'm absolutely furious right now. This place is so poorly run it's ridiculous. My appointment was at 2:45. I was here before 2:45. I've waited an hour already. I just told the 20 (?) year old receptionist I was going to the restroom (because I've been sitting here an hour). I come out and they had evidently called my name, and was in the process of taking another patient back. I looked at the receptionist and said "are you kidding me"? She told the tech then that I was just in the bathroom and the tech said "oh well, I'll have to take her next". So here I continue to sit. The receptionist knew who I was and didn't say one word when they called me name. My time is valuable. This is infuriating.
