Goods 1. Ramen with various levels of spice 2. Other offerings including: Japanese friend rice/Cha-Han and Gyoza 3. They make their own noodles here and you can watch the noodles being made (see photo) 4. Various broths to choose from: shio, miso, shoyu (see menu photo) Ambiance: 1. Small, a little cramped (in the spirit of traditional Tokyo style ramen houses) 2. Wait time may add up depending on peak times, don't forget to write your name on the waiting list/seating when you go in 3. Half booths and chairs 4. I like that you can watch the noodles being made, you know they are not using some freeze dried noodles etc. Service 1. Efficient and friendly 2. I have been here twice, I have never had a problem 3. Server is also cashier Mojo: 1. Ramen is pretty good here, I do think I prefer ramen elsewhere. Spice level goes nothing to mild, medium, hot. I'd say mild can be pretty spicy, they were very friendly and offered to include it on the side which is nice. 2. Cha-Han, fried rice, was good. Very umami.
