First time going here. I Took my Mustang to get it serviced, now it rides so bad after the service I can't believe it is the same car. I asked for the Works Oil Change and while they may have put a new filter on and new oil in, they did not balance my tires after rotating them, and they also altered my steering wheel position to the left after performing an airbag recall. To top it off, when they "brought" my car around, the moron behind the wheel whipped it around the corner and the other cars waiting in line and slammed on the brakes in front of the shop. Obviously they don't expect paying customers to watch for their cars. I will not be coming back here again. I only return to real service shops.
