I have tried to get someone on the phone every day for two months to come and pick up their cooler and empty bottles. I canceled my service because they could never get the bill or delivery correct. I thought it was impossible to screw up 36 bills in a row, but somehow they managed to do it. You would think they would get it right once even if by accident. I have NEVER had worse customer service in my life.
