One Guard is a complete joke they are totally inadequate! We had an issue with our ac blower motor they sent out a company that had to be the most unprofessional employee I may have ever witnessed he reeked of booze and cigarettes. The repair tech told us that he did not have the correct part to repair and that they would return the next day. The next day came and went didn't even receive a phone call. We called the one guard and they said that they could offer no portable cooling or any other accommodations and that they were at the mercy of the part being ordered, I reminded the one guard rep that it was us that were at the mercy I asked if he could contact other hvac repair companies to inquire as to whether any one else had the appropriate parts to make the repair at first he said that he could not do this I asked him to give the part numbers and the people that operate under their contract and I would call them at which point he said oh wait I can do that but if I find one that agrees to do the service I have to charge you an additional deductible fee. This has been one of seven occurrences that we have experienced with one guard since buying into their crappy plan we pay good money for nothing but problems and excuses....SAVE YOUR MONEY and find a different company.
