We LOVE the physicians at this practice. We are able to schedule appointments easily when need and Dr. Finley is always happy to spend the time with us and make really sure that all our questions are answered. However, we often have a significant wait to see the doctor. Yesterday, we had an afternoon appointment, arrived the 15 minutes early for check in. We were taken to the exam room at our appt time, where we were told "they will be right in"....only to wait one full hour in the cold exam room. No one came to let us know he was running behind, in fact, no one came it at all - only the MA to take vitals. Come on people - let your patients know when you are late - don't say "someone will be right in" and let them wait an hour-that just annoys people and makes them think about going elsewhere, My time is valuable too. Also - your front desk is so not friendly! at all! Get some personality and some spirit! I know you don't want to be there but please -don't take it out on the patients! Make it more welcoming - perhaps even smile!
