I don't write many reviews but was so impressed with CJ Tighe and the staff at Go AZ that here it is....From the first phone call to address a loose chain issue on a DRZ400 I had just purchased CJ told me simply to bring the bike down THAT day, he'd look at it. Not in three days or a week...that day. First class facility, awesome lift to download bike from truck, he looked at my bike and immediately identified the problem...a missing spacer in the axle shaft. He wheeled the bike straight into service bay where he and another tech took rear wheel off and inspected wheel bearings and ordered missing spacer right then....the same day!
A few days later when part arrived, they buttoned everything up, gave me a very 'fair' invoice and CJ took the time to help me load the bike on a motorcycle carrier on the back of my car.
GREAT guy, very professional, very knowledgeable. This is my new service center!
