I wish I had positive things to say about this place because it is so new to the area but I don't. I was referred here and called on a Tuesday to make an appointment for Friday. The woman on the phone sounded a bit flustered, I figured it was because they had just opened, I asked if she had a time on Friday for 2 gel applications and paint removal. Finally we got everything settled and the appointments were made for that Friday at 5:30pm. Now it's Friday afternoon, 4:15, I'm about to leave work to go and meet my girlfriend at the nail salon. I get a phone call from Nail Affair asking me what my service is. After explaining again what I needed I was put on hold for 4 mins, when the woman got back on the phone I was told that there wasn't a technician there to take off the gel polish. (Which can be done by drilling/ soaking off with acetone and foil). I was confused and asked ,"so are you calling to cancel my 2 appointments", to which she replied that she could fit us both in for a fill. Which doesn't make sense because we had gel polish and not acrylic. After asking again why I couldn't just have the gel and how come there was not a technician there for an appt I had made days previously, she just said "we ain't got no one who do that", after this comment I was totally annoyed and agitated. I said thank you but that I no longer needed any services to which she replied by hanging up the phone. I didn't even make it through the door because my appt was botched about an hour before I was suppose to be there. I am so turned off by the unprofessional tone, the way they handled their scheduling, and the overall lack of customer service. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
