I took my car in to have it cleaned, paid the 19.99 which includes inside and out. When they were done they brought me my car. The front had bugs still on it, windows were streaked and side windows were done half assed. Inside floors still had stuff on them, looked like they did a quick job.
I had them come back and redo it and it's still not done right.
The man on-site told me, "at least its cleaner than it was". What the heck?????
So I called the next day to talk to a manager and the girl talked to him and he refused to redo the car and because I want it done right, told me I cannot come there anymore. Ha ha ha why the heck would I? You do really crappy work and dont honor your crappy work.
Bad business to loose a customer because you refuse to correct your work.
