I was very impressed with this store. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and made to feel like long lost friends. We were shown different refrigerators and decided on one in particular, but felt that even at the sale price, it was still high. The sales manager, Elmer, went on the website and found the exact refrigerator, but for approximately $300 less than the sales price. He also informed us that Sears could haul away our old refrigerator, but if we contacted NV Energy, they would pick it up and give US $50. They are not pushy at that store. They seem exactly like it sounds, "HOMETOWN". Elmer helped us measure and we purchased on the spot. I can't comment on the delivery as we put it out there for a few weeks from now. When they deliver, I will come back and review that. But as for the products and the customer service, it is exceptional.
