Went here to get a couple of piercings (tongue and nostril) instead of the other location due to the reviews alone. I went in and it was brightly lit and clearly clean. I was warmly greeted by the man behind the counter (I'm so sorry I can't remember your name! But I do remember that you had a nose ring and a tattoo of a planet on your arm) and he answered my questions kindly and eased my nerves. I met the piercer, Nick, and he was just fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and kind and recognized that I was nervous and did everything he could to make me feel better. He showed the jewellery and explained what was in the case and what was best. He told me everything he was doing, whether it was sterilizing my jewellery or what tools he was unpackaging were going to be used for. He walked me through each piercing and was very detailed about it all. He took time with me and made sure that my nose stud would fit me personally. It seemed to matter to him that I was calm and had me breathe deeply before each piercing. He laughed and joked with me and when we spoke he looked directly at me. I wasn't made to feel embarrassed for feeling nervous, like I have in other shops. I never once had any doubts about going into this shop. Overall my experience was brilliant. I would most definitely go back. I really felt like they were knowledgeable and cared that I had a good experience with them. Wonderful shop.
