Grand Canyon Destinations does what it promises. Dave was our guide and he was articulate, funny and made sure everyone was taken care of. He emphasized on the importance of following instructions precisely so that someone not following them could ruin everyone's excursion. He bit on not daring no. 2 on bus lavatory was hilarious even though it was a shitty topic. The bus was about 10 minutes late on our pick up at Excalibur rotunda but it was no biggy. We were about 10 people riding from there on our tour to West Rim. After all pickups we reached Hoover dam in about 40 mins. He gave us some background and info which was nice and informative. It was about 15 mins stop for appreciation and photos. After that we reached a shop about 11am where our lunch was picked and given to us. It was a basic sandwich with choices like veggie, turkey etc. The veggie one was better among the two I tasted. After 20 mins stop, we went straight to the final destination. We had three hours to explore. The legacy package gets you access to shuttle bus which takes you to the Eagle point, guano point and Hualapai ranch. Dave was very helpful in giving pointers to do all those three destinations in 3 hours. It was really helpful; me n my wife were able to do the skywalk, spend good time and take pictures there at Eagle point. Then we headed to Guano point and hiked till the summit, that is breathtaking; it takes a little effort but is worth the time. Then we went to ranch and spend 10 minutes and reached 5 minutes before Dave's time. Dave was very professional in touching the topic about gratuities and how any is appreciated. Overall, our time was well spend and GCD made sure of it. Thank you.
