I am Cuban and Dominican and I love this place. The people who gave this place a bad review clearly are too picky for small business style restaurants. I have always believed if you wait for food, it makes the food better because it is not sitting under a hot lamp. I have also believed I'd the restaurant ran out of something, its a beautiful thing. They order what is necessary so it is the most fresh, not like McDonalds or any chain restaurant where they throw it in the freezer and let it sit for days. Their plantains, yucca, mojo, and pork is my favorite! My grandmother makes the black beans the same way!
