Update: I got a compliance call from them and ended up getting everything squared away, so I changed my review from one star to three. Old Review: When I visited this office last Wednesday, the physicians assistant came in, barely looked at my skin, and immediately prescribed me a bunch of stuff. She gave me a run down of 3 ointments I would need and rushed out. On my way out, I was given a piece of paper to fill my prescriptions through Choice LV. I called the number and they told me only one prescription was sent there. Apparently, another one went to CVS and the other one wasn't even written. On top of that, everything prescribed was non-formulary; I wonder if there were other cheaper options. I tried calling the day after; they said they would have a medical assistant call me. I didn't hear back so I called and left a message the following day. After the weekend, I called again. Mind you, you call a number to get a list of other numbers which then transfer you to either an answering machine or someone who can't answer your questions. I got a call back this morning finally with a callback number that (you guessed it) sends me to a machine. I will never ever come back here and will advise others not to as well!
