I was disappointed with their overall service and attitude. I had them install a water softener and a garburator. The plumber who installed the water softener did a great job. I was not pleased with the installation of the garburator ( a noisy vibration that I was unsure if it was due to the garburator or the way the piping was installed). I called the owner to request an explanation for the labor time that I was charged and to have the plumber come back to check the garburator installation. The owner was upset that I was requesting an explanation of the time charges. In addition, he did not send the plumber back to check out the garburator installation. I would not recommend this firm.
